Are Your Clients Prepared for Electronic Discovery Requests

Skip block 2

The new discovery rules require that meet and greets allow for the discolosure of electronically stored information.  We can help you with this by surveying your clients network infrastructure, and gathering their record keeping strategies.  With a little bit of planning you will be in a better position to safe guard your clients data, as well as offer alternative solutions to electronic discovery requests that may be burdensome.

United States Attorney District New Hampshire Project Safe Childhood
by Melissa Royer - Thursday, 13 September 2007, 11:32 AM

Defender Data Recovery & Forensic Services is being funded under the Project Safe Childhood Initiative.  This allows us to train community members about the dangers of the internet and offer some simple solutions to protect our vulnerable members of society.

We recently had a training day in Concord New Hampshire for some School Resources Officers.  Lucy Carillo from the Attorney Generals Office and Thomas Colantuono from the US Attorney's Office were gracious enough to offer their time and resources to the day.  If your interested in our training seminars call us at 603-644-8733

Wireless Network Users

Skip block 4

You may have received a postcard from me asking you to secure your network.  This is because unsecured networks are a vector for criminals to exploit children, rob identites and harrass victims.  This is not only dangerous for our youth but you can be fined up to $300,000.00

We realize some people do not know how to secure their network.  We can help.   For a small fee we can come to your home or place of work and secure your existing network. Or we can setup your home or business wireless network. Call Us at 603-644-8733
